Sweaty Mama with Kim

We get many people like and message our page with and have the same questions so here is a quick rundown for you.

🔸What is a Sweaty Mama class?
It’s a fun and effective workout without the worry of childcare. 45 minutes long, a mixture of cardio and body weight exercises where you can bond with your child at the same time and utilise them as a weight too! You work to your own fitness level in a non judgemental, relaxed friendly environment.

🔸What if I’ve not exercised in years?
No problem at all! We all have to start somewhere! We will give low level options throughout the class and you’ll really notice your fitness levels increase as the weeks pass! It’s just about you working to your own levels with our support.

🔸How old does my baby need to be before I can come?
It’s more about you than your baby at Sweaty Mama! So providing you’ve had your six/eight week post natal sign off, and most importantly you feel ready to exercise again, you’re welcome at our classes. We have mums starting from six weeks, 4 months, 9 months, 18 months.. whenever is best for YOU. Any age child is welcome at our classes.

🔸What do I need to bring?
Just anything you need for your little one and some water - we will provide everything else.

🔸Can I do a trial class to see if I like it?
Yes of course! Please Contact to arrange your trial.

🔸I’ve had a c-section / have split abdominals - can I still come along?
Yes. All instructors are qualified pre and post natal specialists, and will advise you on which exercises are not suitable for your recovery and provide different options accordingly.

🔸What if I’m on holiday / unwell- do I lose the class?
No. You have young children and a life - things happen and we to want to be flexible. Providing you notify us ahead of your class you can attend an alternative class or add one at the end.

🔸When’s the next term starting?
Whilst we sell our classes in six week bundles, our classes are rolling so you’re welcome to join us at any stage. Most of our mums rebook making us part of their weekly routine with little ones

This class is great for anyone wanting to exercise and have fun. Covering tracks from the 70's through to now it has something for everyone! All levels welcome.
